 I first met Joe Granado in 2015 as we concurrently earned our MBA degrees at a local university. At the time, Joe owned and operated a small business for over 20 years and, after joining the Uni-Tech construction management team shortly after graduation, Joe and the Uni-Tech family taught me everything I know about construction and financial management. Through years of various industry and economic challenges, Joe never once allowed his business to come before his faith and his family. Even when presented with health issues and financial hurdles, Joe always prioritized the wellbeing of his employees, and he always conducted business with uncompromised ethics and consideration for all stakeholders.
